Can I use the plan immediately?

Yes! You can use the DENTAL PLAN immediately (you will receive a Temporary I.D. by email within 24 hours after you apply online). When you sign up for this plan select "First of this Month" under effective date.  Please call the number on your emailed Temporary I.D. to verify your membership until you receive your permanent card. We can verify membership Monday - Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Eastern Time. If you are going to see a dentist outside of the time noted above, please call us and we will pre-verify your membership. Who can I include in my plan?

A

Anyone living in your household can be included. Additionally, you can include your parents or other family members living outside the household if you are financially responsible for them.

What is the monthly cost of this plan, and how do I sign up?

A

The cost of the plan starts at family plan $168.00 per year
Individual plan $71.40.00 per year or, pay just $14 a month for family or $5.95 individually.  SAVE 10% MORE if you pay annually. Note: there is a one time, non-refundable $25 processing fee.

How much can I save with this plan?

A

You can save 20% - 50% with the dental plan and 20% - 40% with the vision plan. The fee schedule applies to General Dentists. Participating specialists will give a 20% reduction on normal fees where available.

If I move, can I still use the plan?

.You can use any of Careington's participating Dentists nationwide.

When will I get a card?

A

You will be emailed a temporary ID card within 3-5 minutes after you apply online. This can be used for emergencies. A Membership packet is mailed to your home address in about 10-15 business days.
